Following on from last night’s announcement that schools will be partially closing from this Friday (20th March), we would like to reassure you that, due to these unprecedented times, we will be refunding meals with less than 7 days’ notice, but may need your help with this.
If your child receives free school meals you do not need to do anything.
If you pay for your child’s meals please log on and cancel as many of your child’s meals as possible and then email email@example.com and ask us to cancel Mon 23rd, Tues 24th and Wed 25th for you. Please let us know your child’s name, school and your contact details. You can cancel your meals by clicking on the black ‘Cancel’ button. Please then check in ‘View’ that the meals have been cancelled. This should automatically generate a credit which you can use when you next place orders.
*If you pay for your child’s meals and we placed them after an issue with Paypal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
